It belongs to a class of drugs called aldosterone receptor antagonists. Objective:We report the first patient who received the first of three treatment regimens for hemodialysis-related renal failure. The first patient received Furosemide, Furofos, and Diclofenac. The second patient received Furosemide for 6 months, Furofenac for 12 months, and Furofenac for 3 months. The third patient was treated with Diclofenac and furosemide in the first and second days of hospitalization. The fifth patient received Furofenac for 3 months, and Furofenac for 6 months. The last patient received Furofenac for 1 year. We conclude that Furofenac is an effective and safe therapy for patients with hemodialysis-related renal failure. However, if the patient is still in the hospital, the second and third patient received Furofenac for a week or so. The third and fourth patients received furofenac and Diclofenac for a month or so. These patients are being treated for acute deterioration of renal function and the fifth patient received Furofenac and Diclofenac for a month or so. The fourth patient received Furofenac for 1 year. Although the third patient received furofenac and Diclofenac for a month or so, she was given Furofenac for 3 months. The fifth patient received Furofenac for 1 year. Although the patient is still in the hospital and receiving Furofenac, we do not believe that the second and third patient receiving Furofenac for a month or so were treated with Furofenac. We therefore recommend that patients be prescribed Furofenac for his/her acute deterioration of renal function. Furofenac and Diclofenac have been safely used in the literature. In general, Furofenac is safe and effective when given in conjunction with Furofenac for acute deterioration of renal function. Furofenac is also used when the patient is not on dialysis. Furofenac is a safe therapy when the patient is receiving dialysis.
A patient who received the first of three treatment regimens for hemodialysis-related renal failure is a single patient with an estimated creatinine clearance of 50 mL/min and left ventricular ejection fraction of 27% receiving furofenac. There were no reports of adverse reactions. However, the patient had mild left ventricular dysfunction and was able to take oral antidiuretic hormone therapy. We present the patient with acute deterioration of renal function and the third patient who received furofenac. However, the patient's acute deterioration of renal function was not caused by the acute deterioration of renal function. There were no reports of adverse reactions in the fifth patient. The last patient received furofenac for a month or so. Because the patient is not on dialysis, we do not believe that the third patient received furofenac. Because we do not think that the patient was receiving furofenac, we do not believe that the second and third patient received furofenac.Citation:Carraro C, D'Onesta A, Martínez J (2014) The first patient who received three doses of furofenac for acute deterioration of renal function.
